Bag Sampling
Customer provides bag designs or samples to us, and we offer fabric selection and customization options, such as printing or embroidery, to create a sample for confirmation.
Material Procurement
After bag style confirmation, we proceed to confirm fabric choices, accessory choices, processing services (such as embroidery or printing), and details.
Mass Production
After confirming the sample through testing or customer approval, we begin mass production.
Quality Control Inspection
We prioritize quality control during production, adhering to strict standards and requirements for craftsmanship. We offer MIT factory-direct production, as well as complete OEM and ODM research and development.

Custom Bag Design
After confirming the type of custom bag, product characteristics, and packaging method, we provide product proposals and preliminary quotations (based on the physical sample).
Bag Disassembly
We disassemble the design into various components, such as the main compartment, inner compartment, front pocket, and shoulder strap, among others. We handcraft each piece, record the dimensions on paper cards, and then stitch the components together to create the bag sample.
Actual Sample Confirmation
Apart from the backpack fabric or leather used in the bag, all accessories, such as buckles, zippers, and shoulder straps, are combined to create an actual bag sample that the customer can inspect.
Material Procurement
After bag style confirmation, we proceed to confirm fabric choices, accesorry choices, processing services (such as embroidery or printing), and details.
Mass Production
After confirming the sample through testing or customer approval, we begin mass production. We will purchase large quantities of fabric and required accessories (such as zippers and magnetic clasps), use knife patterns and cutting machines to cut the fabric into various shapes and sizes according to the design, and then proceed to sew the bags.
Quality Control Inspection and Shipment Arrangement
Quality Control Inspection
We place special emphasis on quality control during the production process and adhere to strict standards and requirements for our manufacturing processes. Our MIT (Made-In-Taiwan) bag factory operates as a direct sales center and offers complete OEM and ODM services for research, design, and production.
Shipping Arrangements
Once the bags have passed our quality inspection, we will arrange for shipment according to the customer's requirements, whether it's international trade or domestic transportation. We will ensure that the bags are delivered to the customer's requested location.
For each production process of the same batch order, there are minimum quantity requirements for both the fabric components (including main fabric, lining, accessories, etc.) and material components (zipper, hardware, fabric label, etc.), as well as for backpack assembly. Since each bag model has different materials, accessories, and patterns, the minimum production quantity for each bag model may vary.
